Dark Past L A Cataldo

Dark Past available on Amazon

Isabella Lovino moved to New York City to hide from the demons of her past, leaving everyone behind. Her troubled history makes it difficult to get a job, but when an opportunity comes up to work at an architectural firm, she takes it. On her first day of work, she bumps into a stranger on the street and her whole world changes.

The gorgeous Jason Hart owns his own architectural firm, but that’s not enough. He knows what he wants, and what he wants is the beautiful Isabella Lovino—the same thing he has wanted since college. When he sees her at the restaurant, he knows he can’t let her get away this time. Will she notice him now?

I just received the book a few hours ago and I have gotten to page 27 and so far good. I like the use of italics that the author does, it lets me feel like I am in her head hearing what she’s thinking. I like that I love were the story seems to be going. I won’t ask for spoilers. WOW! I just finished chapter 8, I feel like I need a cigarette, and I quit. Damn I am not usually romance reader but hell girl you got my attention. BRAVO!!! I think I may have to make sure I put the book out of the dogs reach I think they are jealous of all the reading I have been doing. WOW!!! I was going to try to stretch out reading this but once I picked it up; I had to force myself to put it down. I got to chapter 16 yesterday, and today I just finished it. I was in tears by the ending, but happy tears. I am not a romance Book person but Mrs. LA Cataldo, got my attention within the first couple of pages. The details that she put in as well the details she left to your own imagination grab hold and make you beg for more time for one more page. I cannot wait to see what she comes out with next. I was trying not to pick it up this morning. I wanted to take it with me tomorrow, but this voice from was calling my name; you know you want to read me, just pick me up. Lol
